Research

Research provides the foundation of knowledge needed to help reduce tobacco’s harm. ClearWay MinnesotaSM supports and conducts scientific research by making grants to fund innovative research and to assess tobacco use prevalence, quitting beliefs and behaviors, secondhand smoke exposure and the impact of public policies on tobacco use with contributes to science by making grants that fund innovative research on tobacco behaviors, tobacco control policies and ways to help people quit.
